Products and orders

The products on this store are standard catalogue designs printed to order. Product photos, lifestyle images and mock-ups are designed to show the product as clearly as possible. Small differences in colour can occur because screen displays, garment dye batches and printing processes vary.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. Your order is accepted when I send you confirmation that it has been dispatched, or otherwise confirm acceptance. I may need to cancel an order before dispatch if there is a genuine pricing, stock, technical or payment problem. If that happens, I will let you know and refund any payment taken for the unavailable order.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment. Payment is handled through Shopify’s available secure checkout methods.

Delivery, returns and support

Delivery, cancellation and faulty-item rights are set out in the Shipping Policy and Returns, Cancellations and Faults Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse this store, interfere with its security, submit false information, or use its content in a way that infringes someone else’s rights.

Intellectual property

The Whit Did Ye Say? name, original designs, product copy, videos and website content belong to me or are used with permission. Please do not reproduce or use them commercially without written permission.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute connected with them are governed by the law of Scotland. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections that apply where you live.
